We hold "Game Localization Camp" on a regular basis to provide free training for translators in multiple languages who are gamers with good translation skills but need practices in game localization. Top participants are invited at time to share their experience and lessons learnt. We strive to provide localization professionals with opportunities for communication and exchanges. 

A platform is built to update localization professionals at home and abroad with industry news such as webinars, events, and international localization conferences such as LocWorld.

Our talent management strategy is external recruitment + internal training. We have professional resource teams in Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Latin America, Europe and North America in charge of recruitment for in-country game localization professionals. Our services cover more than 30 languages in top countries/markets.
